Magazine's role in Tywardreath
Tywardreath News and Views is a monthly parish magazine which covers religious and community events in the parish of Tywardreath (in the county of Cornwall in the United Kingdom). Tywardreath also has a daughter church, Tregaminion Chapel-of-Ease, which stands on high ground above the ancient seaside port of Polkerris. These churches have always worked closely with Tywardreath Methodist Church whose pastoral letter and other material appears alongside. The magazine is produced in A5 format, and, typically, has fourteen pages of text.
Circulation is parochial and door-to-door delivery is undertaken by local volunteers. Subscriptions are a minimum of £3.00 per annum. The subscription period runs from December till the following November. Subscribers joining during the year should reduce their payment pro rata. Postal deliveries can also be arranged, please add £3.50 to cover for UK Postage and Packing. People wishing to subscribe should contact Barbara Seed 17 Trenant Road, Tywardreath, Par PL24 2QJ.
